Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Support Professional to join our team at Back to Health of Branford, LLC. As a Medical Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Provide excellent customer service and communication skills

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)

Work Environment:

* In-person work setting
* Monday to Friday schedule

COVID-19 Precautions:

* Masks are optional except for patients presenting for sick visits

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
* 1 year of experience in EMR systems (preferred)
* 1 year of experience in vital signs (preferred)

License/Certification:

* BLS Certification (preferred)
* Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification (preferred)
