About the RoleWe're looking for a dynamic and creative Learning Experience Designer and Program Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assessing learning requests, designing content that drives measurable learning outcomes, delivering engaging learning experiences, creating professional guides and resources, training trainers, and outlining and measuring learning success.
Job Description- Assessment of Learning Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess learning requests and needs. Conduct needs analysis to determine the most effective learning solutions.
- Content Design and Development: Design and develop innovative and effective learning content that aligns with desired learning outcomes. Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Facilitation of Learning Experiences: Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Engage learners through a variety of instructional techniques to ensure understanding and retention.
- Resource Creation: Develop professional guides, manuals, and resources to support learners. Ensure all materials are clear, concise, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Train the Trainer Programs: Design and deliver 'train the trainer' programs to equip trainers with necessary skills and knowledge. Provide ongoing support and feedback to trainers to enhance their effectiveness.
- Measurement of Learning Outcomes: Define and implement methods to measure learning effectiveness and outcomes. Analyze data and feedback to improve learning programs and demonstrate impact.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus). You should have proven experience in instructional design and facilitation, strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models, excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and virtual training platforms.
