Community Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of a manufactured housing community in Medford, Oregon.

Salary: $1,500 per month (part-time, 20-25 hours/week)

Benefits: 3 weeks PTO per year, 401(k) contribution after 90 days

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deposit space rents and additional fees on time
  • Enforce Rental Agreements and Facility rules and regulations
  • Prepare monthly manager's reports and maintain petty cash fund
  • Maintain individual tenant files and archive records
  • Promote and rent vacant home and RV spaces

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all common areas, grounds, and facilities, including landscaping, tree maintenance, and equipment upkeep. They will also be expected to follow up with local area manufacturers and Facility managers to ensure awareness of vacancies and promotional programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in property management or related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
