Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to coordinate and manage Agile development processes across multiple teams. This role focuses on improving team performance, ensuring the timely completion of sprints, and facilitating smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and team leads to prioritize development tasks and manage sprint goals.
• Track team velocity, forecast delivery timelines, and drive continuous improvement in team efficiency.
• Help team members adopt Scrum methodologies and Agile best practices.
• Address any obstacles or blockers that impact the team's progress.
• Monitor team metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve productivity.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience leading Agile development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Expertise in prioritizing work and making informed decisions.
• Experience with Jira for project management and tracking.
• Proven ability to adapt and learn from past experiences for ongoing improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience using Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work both remotely and on-site at our Atlanta office.
