About the Role
Hearst Television is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Burlington, VT. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with local clients across all platforms - TV, digital, and multicast.

Job Responsibilities
Generate new revenue streams by identifying opportunities and pitching innovative solutions to clients
Manage and cultivate a portfolio of high-value accounts to ensure consistent growth and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales success
Develop and present customized sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of Hearst Television's multimedia offerings

Requirements
3+ years of experience in media sales, preferably with a strong understanding of media plans, advertising market trends, and competition analysis
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with clients, anticipate their needs, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
Proficiency in commercial monitoring programs like Wide Orbit or Kantar, as well as Microsoft applications
A valid driver's license with a good driving record

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and performance
