About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Director to join our team at Sephora, a leading luxury beauty retailer. As a Sales and Service Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing Sales and Service Strategies: Develop and implement sales and service strategies that meet Sephora's standards and drive business results.
  • Leading and Developing a Team: Lead and develop a team of sales and service professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Executing Client Service and Sales: Execute our client service model and sales strategies, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Ensuring Compliance with Sephora Standards: Ensure compliance with store standards, maintaining a professional environment and upholding Sephora's values.
  • Analyzing and Reporting Performance: Analyze sales and service performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience in retail sales or services, preferably in a luxury beauty environment.
  • Client Service Skills: Strong client service skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive customer loyalty.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive business results.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to changing store priorities and business needs.
