San Francisco, California, United States Cedera Full time

At Credera, we are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Senior Architect to join our team in Dallas. With a competitive salary of $180,000, this role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth of our clients' security posture.

About the Role

This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least 9 years of hands-on experience in the Cybersecurity industry or technology consulting to showcase their expertise and leadership skills. As a Cybersecurity Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of multiple security projects for clients, influencing adoption of Cybersecurity standards, and designing strategic roadmaps that grow security maturity while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

We value technical skills, including familiarity or direct technical experience with Identity and Access Management, Data Protection, and Vulnerability Management technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will need to engage customers at both a business and technical level. If you are a creative and self-motivated leader who can operate with minimal guidance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

About Us

Crerera is a full-service management consulting, user experience, and technology solutions firm that serves clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging industry leaders. Our Technology Solutions practice focuses on Security and Privacy, Software Engineering, Data Science and Engineering, Cloud, Mobile, and Modern Workplace.

We provide advisory leadership in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Data Privacy, and Enterprise Risk, guiding clients on improving their company posture in these areas and developing/reviewing strategic roadmaps. We also perform assessments on Application Security, Cloud Security, and DevSecOps execution, defining product and process improvements, and conducting Cloud Security reviews and workshops.

In addition, we offer readiness and remediation reviews for regulatory data privacy requirements such as CCPA, CPRA, and GDPR, reviewing and guiding companies in executing general data governance and data lifecycle management. We help clients execute data loss prevention and provide external audit readiness for compliance in ISO, NIST, AICPA, and many others.

Our Work Culture

We are passionate about growing our people both personally and professionally. Our philosophy is that in-person engagement is critical for developing deep relationships with our clients and team members – it's how we earn trust, learn from others, and become better consultants and professionals.

We offer a hybrid work model that allows employees to work remotely two days per week, averaging 3 days (full or partial) per week in person. This could be at a Credera office, client site, or off-site location with other team members. You'll work closely with your project team to balance flexibility and connection.

We prioritize keeping out-of-market travel to a minimum, and most projects do not require significant travel. While certain projects may involve frequent travel, our average travel percentage over a year for team members is typically between 10-30%. We take a personal approach to travel, considering individual preferences when aligning team members to roles.

Onboarding Experience

We want you to start your career with Credera by spending your first week getting to know our talented individuals. You'll learn about our service offerings, focus areas, and how we execute projects through informal conversations with leaders across the firm.

An onboarding peer will guide you through all aspects of the Credera work-life and help you prepare for your first project. You'll also be treated to lunch by your Practice Leader and Mentor, who will support you throughout your career at Credera, advocate for your growth, make recommendations aligned with your strengths, and set you up for success.
