McDonald's Maintenance Worker Job Description
As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. Your duties will include:
- Filtering oil fryers daily to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
- Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Unloading delivery trucks two times a week to ensure that our inventory is up-to-date and our customers receive their orders on time.
- Taking out and emptying the trash compactor to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and safe.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
