At Salamander Employer DC, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Server who can work effectively in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a server in a similar setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver impeccable service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times
  • To take accurate food and beverage orders, adhering to specific guest preferences or dietary requirements
  • To address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest
  • To maintain a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and hotel policies

Requirements:

  • A valid Food Safety certification is required
  • Prior experience as a server in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of food and beverage terminology, preparation methods, and presentation standards
  • The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
