We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in South Range, WI. As a travel Physical Therapist with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations, providing excellent patient care and advancing your career.

Job Summary:

This Physical Therapist position is a 13-week contract that requires a highly motivated and experienced therapist to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' conditions and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
  • Administer various types of physical therapy treatments, such as exercise programs and modalities like heat and cold therapy.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
  • At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an acute care setting.
