Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Recent nursing experience.
- Telephone triage experience.
