A dynamic and challenging role for an experienced Executive Assistant is available at Tailored Management in San Francisco, CA.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating internal meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dynamic, time-sensitive, and complex calendars to ensure seamless coordination of executive schedules.
  • Coordinate internal meetings for multiple senior executives, including logistics and agenda preparation.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements for executives, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely expense reports, maintaining confidentiality as required.
  • Manage schedule, structure, agenda, and follow-up of multiple recurring team meetings, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with key partners across the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Project manage agenda and logistics for team offsites, large onsite events/meetings, and other high-profile events.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience providing complex calendar support, travel, and expense reports to 1 or more executives.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects, working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence (EQ) skills, with the ability to manage change and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.

Estimated Salary Range: $45/hr on W2, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
