The Registered Nurse role at Williamson Health offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in the field of orthopedic and spine care. Located in Franklin, Tennessee, our healthcare system boasts a 203-bed hospital (Williamson Medical Center), over 40 providers at our Williamson Health Medical Group locations, the Bone & Joint Institute, and the Monroe Carell Junior Children's Hospital Vanderbilt at Williamson Medical Center.

To be successful in this role, you will need formal education/training, licensure in the State of Tennessee, and BLS certification within 90 days of hire. For specific units, additional certifications are required such as Basic Arrhythmia, ACLS, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, AACN, CCRN or CCP, ONS Chemo/Immunotherapy, TNCC, and ENPC/TNCC. A high school diploma or equivalent is also preferred for some positions.

This position requires prolonged standing and working for up to 12 hours a day, ability to communicate in English verbally and legibly, and ability to lift with assistance up to 250 lbs. You will perform a comprehensive assessment on all patients within the appropriate time of admission, plan patient care on an individual basis, and handle/transports/stores/prepares/administers medications/solutions safely. You will also reassess patient's condition, evaluate patient response, and modify plan of care accordingly. This role encompasses assessing patient needs, planning individualized care, and working effectively in various nursing settings, including critical care and pediatrics.

Estimated salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
