About the Role

Supply Chain Analyst Role: Contribute to the support, maintenance, and enhancement of all GO Supply Chain and Logistics systems from both a project and operational perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the GO business and how supply chain systems can be applied in terms of processes, functionality, configuration, and interfaces to reach greater optimization.
  • Develop and generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators for various end-to-end supply chain functions.
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling and flow chart development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, requirements, design, develop, and implement capabilities relating to supply chain systems.
  • Participate in the development of project plans and ensure that projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to develop and maintain training materials, work instructions, and SOPs. Provide training and support as necessary.
  • Support supply chain policy enforcement, including SOX controls and compliance.
  • Function as a liaison between Warehouse Operations and IT teams.
  • May manage other responsibilities as necessary.
About the Pay

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
  • Annual Bonus Program
  • Equity

  • Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.
About You

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Science/Supply Chain or related field or demonstrated experience in these areas.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Excel and Visio.
  • High proficiency in data analysis and visualization development.
  • Supply Chain experience in retail distribution and Distribution Center process flow is preferred.
  • Experience managing and leading projects and training.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, researching, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
