Job Summary

As a Night Shift Replenishment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the consistent replenishment of selection slots during selection operations. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in maintaining a smooth and organized workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Replenish selection slots during selection operations to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.
  • Rotate product in a FIFO (first-in-first-out) manner to maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to support the team's goals and objectives.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Proficiently utilize a stand-up forklift and riding pallet jack.
  • Basic knowledge of fresh produce preferred.
  • Experience in replenishment, cycling of product, RF scanners, and other returns-related functions preferred.
Skills
  • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform work assignments at an acceptable productivity level.
  • Able to effectively communicate and interact with others in a professional manner.
Physical Demands
  • Stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, squat, turn, and walk.
  • Lift and move cases weighing up to 75 lbs continuously to and from heights ranging from floor to knee, waist, shoulder, and overhead.
  • Use hands and fingers to peel and stick labels on cases.
  • Handle and feel objects and/or equipment controls; reach with hands and arms.
  • Must have the ability to talk and hear; must be able to hear warning horns on moving machinery and equipment.
  • Specific vision abilities required to perform this job include close and distance vision, depth perception, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform the position.
