About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team for a 13-week assignment in a critical access hospital setting.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computed tomography and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members
  • Providing and coordinating patient care with other healthcare team members
  • Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
  • Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transporting patients as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have:

  • One to three years of experience as a technologist
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills
