Job Summary

We're seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality care to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional services. Your expertise will help us maintain accurate documentation, ensure evidence-based practice, and prioritize client confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver occupational therapy treatment and report on client progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within company timelines.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and skills to assess, plan, and implement interventions.
  • Ensure clients receive the highest quality of care through a compassionate approach.
  • Work with other health care professions to provide education and training as required.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager for clinical in-services and continuing education.
  • Maintain safety of clients and staff by following cleaning policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A current/active license or ability to maintain a license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Texas.
  • Maintain current CPR certification.
  • Strong collaboration skills and motivation to work with people at all levels.
  • Ability to manage self by statistics and abide by conditions.
  • Candidates must be willing and eager to work with adult and pediatric populations.

Salary Range

$24 - $39 per hour (based on experience)
