Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Professional to join our team at Trispoke Managed Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with FAR, DFAR, and company policies/procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate purchase orders for compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to the purchasing organization to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in audit preparation and execution, including coordinating with DCAA, DCMA, and internal audit organizations.
  • Develop and produce metrics and reports highlighting compliance concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interpret and enforce company policies.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with SAP (Procurement functions, Business Warehouse, Business Objects).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Macros.
  • Familiarity with FAR and DFAR regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $40.00/hour on W2. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive work environment.
