Job Summary

Estes Services is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults, maintaining good working order of company vehicles, and performing preventive maintenance on customers' electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and identify potential opportunities for new systems, service agreements, and additional services.
  • Maintain good working order of company vehicles, including refueling, reporting mechanical issues, and submitting monthly vehicle inspection forms.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on customers' electrical systems and make recommendations for solutions.
  • Document all installed equipment, including make, model, serial number, type of system, and pictures as necessary.
  • Participate in company-provided training opportunities and stay up-to-date on all mechanical and electrical codes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Electrician license required.
  • Technical competencies in electrical troubleshooting, National Electric Code, and general industry or company knowledge.
  • Competencies required include customer focus, action-oriented, highly analytical, listening, and integrity and trust.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather and climate conditions.
  • Must be able to stand, crawl, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, reach, or climb repeatedly or for long periods of time.
  • Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Exposure to changes in temperature and humidity, dust, fumes, and gases.
  • Must be able to lift or carry up to 40 pounds unassisted and lift above shoulder level.
