Job OverviewAs a House Cleaner with SERVPRO of Kent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional cleaning and restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas and equipment for each project.
  • Perform production processes as directed and adhere to safety and risk management guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with crew chiefs and other technicians to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
