Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' conditions during admission and scheduled shifts, identifying and reporting any changes in status promptly.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor patients for therapeutic responses, and document care administration thoroughly.
  • Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs proactively, and resolving them efficiently.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure and Associate Degree in Nursing.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly wage for this role is $41.95 - $59.25, based on market standards and industry benchmarks. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
