Master Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in supporting project leaders by providing construction expertise, including estimation, procurement, cost planning, and more.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in scheduling and experience working on large complex projects. They will also possess excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
A strong understanding of schedule management best practices, as well as experience with Primavera P6, Commissioning, Qualification & Validation, and Power BI or similar software, is essential for this role.
You will be responsible for developing, tracking, and analyzing schedules, communicating with key stakeholders, preparing progress reports, and identifying potential project issues.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package tailored to meet the needs of our employees from entry level to senior executives.
