Banquet Cook

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Cook to join our team at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food for events such as banquets, weddings, and conferences.

• Plan and execute menus in collaboration with clients and event planners.
• Oversee the preparation of large quantities of food, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality presentation.
• Manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Ensure all dishes meet quality standards in terms of taste, presentation, and food safety.
• Collaborate with catering managers, chefs, and other staff to coordinate efforts and address any issues that may arise during events.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, and stocking up to 50lbs.
