Job Summary

This position serves as the Lead Data Administrator for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) and OASAS, ensuring data integrity across all systems utilized for CPS maintenance related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with CPS IPT Leads to ensure execution of contractual requirements; on schedule and within cost targets
  • Management and oversight of all data integrity throughout MRO and OASAS
  • Drive process improvement that ensures efficiency and data integrity across CPS program areas
  • Participate in SAP/MRO/OASAS change boards as necessary
  • Maintain an awareness of all open issues and delivery constraints
Requirements
  • Proven experience with data and business processes related to Operations, Program support, and Manufacturing
  • Must have an active Secret security clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with senior level leaders and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing experience, and an ability to perform oral presentations in front of large groups
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, TEAMs, PowerPoint)
  • SAP experience
  • Ability to make quick decisions and provide a strategic vision to execute to program goals
Desired Skills
  • Experience in both a repair depot and a manufacturing environment

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
