At Crossroads Bridge, Inc., we are seeking a Senior Bridge Construction Manager to oversee the execution of bridge replacement and repair projects in Virginia. This is a critical role that requires expertise in heavy highway and bridge construction.

About the Role

The Senior Bridge Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementing bridge construction projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include allocating resources, supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors, and interfacing with project inspectors, contractors, architects, and engineers.

Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy highway and bridge construction or related fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with construction methods and procedures for concrete forms, reinforcing steel, and structural steel installation.
  • Experience with operating heavy equipment such as cranes, excavators, and pile driving equipment.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to original plans and specifications.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
