Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Assist the General Manager in coordinating team efforts to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Property Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular property inspections, address issues, and report service needs to the maintenance team.
  • Team Leadership: Serve as a liaison between the General Manager, staff, and residents to foster effective communication and resolve concerns proactively.
  • Leasing and Marketing: Assist with leasing activities, including preparing and administering lease agreements for new and renewing residents, and contribute ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate records related to rents, deposits, application fees, and resident communications, and manage delinquent accounts.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including fair housing and leasing regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in property management.
  • Skillset: Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Software, and knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
  • Leadership and Time Management: Proven leadership and time management skills, with a focus on team collaboration and problem-solving.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $62,500 - $72,500 per year, based on experience.
