Jobot, a leading organization, is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing all aspects of payroll processing for our diverse workforce.

About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced professional to manage all aspects of payroll processing, including bi-weekly payroll for employees, compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, and coordination with HR to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any payroll discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for employees accurately and on time.">
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.">
  • Manage payroll adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions.">
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any payroll discrepancies.">
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.">
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and ensure security of payroll data.">
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations that affect the construction industry.">
  • Handle inquiries and requests related to payroll from employees and management.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.">
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the construction industry.">
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance issues.">
  • Proficiency in SAP payroll software and MS Office.">
  • $80,000 - $100,000 per year estimated salary based on location (Maitland/Winter Park).">
