Concrete Construction Supervisor

Aerotek is a leading provider of workforce solutions, connecting professionals with employers across various industries.
We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Supervisor to join our team.
This is a long-term role that will involve overseeing and managing all activities related to concrete construction on a construction site.
The successful candidate will work closely with construction crews, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that concrete work is executed efficiently and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising construction teams
- Collaborating with project managers to develop and implement project plans
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintaining high-quality standards for concrete construction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience as a concrete foreman or supervisor
- Extensive knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and curing techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively
- Physical stamina to work in challenging weather conditions
