Position Overview

Under the supervision of the JACC Business Operations Manager, this role is primarily tasked with the intake of new consultations. The responsibilities include gathering all relevant patient demographics, clinical medical records, and essential insurance details. A solid understanding of financial clearance processes is crucial for this position.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare office setting; 2 years is preferred.
