About the Role
  • Sell Johnson Controls' HVAC service agreements to building owners and end-users
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Partner with customers to understand their operational and environmental objectives and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum one year of successful field sales experience in a high-activity business-to-business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to ask questions to identify customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years of successful experience in high-activity business-to-business sales, with a focus on HVAC, fire safety, security systems, and pest control
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills
