Lead Resident Care Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Case Manager to lead our youth housing program. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all services and operational activities, providing comprehensive case management to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all services and operational activities.
- Provide case management services, including screening and assessing clients, creating and implementing individual service plans, and connecting clients to community resources.
- Foster a professional and welcoming environment in all interactions with clients, guests, vendors, and colleagues.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of clients.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and subordinates.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in human services or a comparable combination of education and work experience in a social service setting.
- Experience working with homeless individuals, youth, and the continuum of care in a similar environment.
- Ability to provide own transportation for work-related travel and maintain a clean driving record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in crises and de-escalate volatile situations.
