Early Childhood Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Early Childhood Resource Teacher to join our team at Bright Horizons in San Francisco, California.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $53,332 - $64,623 based on a 40-hour workweek and a compensation range of $25.75 - $31.25 per hour.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families. As a Resource Teacher, you will be responsible for leading hands-on activities, communicating with parents, and maintaining a safe and clean learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead interactive and engaging activities to meet the needs and interests of children
- Communicate daily with parents and document milestones in their child's day
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom by following established procedures and guidelines
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
- 12 ECE units completed, including Child Development, Child Family Community, and two curriculum courses
- Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred
- At least 12 months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool
