About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Sales Lead who will deliver personalized customer experiences and provide guidance and support to associates. As a key team member, you'll play a direct role in shaping both the customer experience and associate experience. You'll collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions, ready to step in as manager when needed.

  1. Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
  2. Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
  3. Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
  4. Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
  5. Drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business using available tools.
  6. Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can bring their best to customer interactions.
  7. Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
  8. Stay informed on company priorities and promotions, providing customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
  9. Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.

You'll Bring:

  • 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred)
  • Management experience (preferred)
  • Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
  • Enjoy communicating and coaching
  • Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
  • Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
