Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at US Foods, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair diesel equipment, including tractors, trailers, and maintenance vehicles
  • Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations
  • Document all repair and maintenance activities, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with road rescue and transportation of equipment as needed

Requirements:

  • 3 years of commercial diesel mechanic experience or 2 years of experience with refrigeration certification
  • Prior experience in administering PM programs and maintaining inventory
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and service documents
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

Benefits:

  • $26.00 per hour salary
