Job Description

The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting personalized solutions
  • Sales Pitch: Effectively communicating the benefits and value of Optimum's high-speed internet services
  • Closing Deals: Negotiating and closing sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and reports of sales activities
  • Relationship Building: Providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance to customers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of previous door-to-door selling experience
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
