Account Manager

The Account Manager is a key role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships for LifeMed Alaska. This position is responsible for promoting the company's standards of safety, culture, and accountability while ensuring sustainability commitments are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outreach to active corporate members, clients, and business partners to develop strong partnerships.
- Participate in community events to foster relationships and promote LifeMed Alaska's brand.
- Manage sales and marketing strategy for promotional events, trade shows, conferences, and community events in partnership with the marketing agency.
- Act as a liaison between the VP of Sales & Sustainability and the LifeMed Alaska customer base.
- Assist with contract negotiations and renewals with carriers.
- Communicate and execute sales strategy to key stakeholders.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales and account management experience in an office environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations or EMS services highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail orientation and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
