Job Description: Service Project Sales Representative

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Service and focuses on new opportunity generation with our existing customer base, fielding inbound project requests, and quoting larger repairs. The successful candidate will evaluate systems and components to determine the necessary repairs, modifications, or replacements to resolve issues with customers' mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project design cost estimates, project handoff documentation, material and equipment buyouts, and formal project proposals.
  • Serve as the liaison between the customer and the service superintendent/project manager.
  • Sell to facility owners, maintenance managers, and engineers.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically within the mechanical contracting industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial mechanical systems.
  • Ability to evaluate technical components and design cost-effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
