Sheetmetal Foreman

The Sheetmetal Foreman / Lead Mechanic performs the installation and repair of commercial HVAC systems by performing various duties in commercial or public buildings.

• Provide hands-on leadership to field crews and ensure that jobs are completed on schedule.
• Provide direction and supervision to Lead Mechanics, Mechanics, and Apprentices for installing a comprehensive range of commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings and P&ID schematics.
• Work independently and as a team member.

• Five years of experience in the Sheet Metal field for Lead Mechanic.
• Eight years of experience in the Sheet Metal field for Foreman.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and P&ID schematics.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
