Job Overview

About the Role

The Sales Agent will be responsible for network with local investors, growing their database of investors, and pairing them with our exclusive list of properties.

Maintaining regular communication with investors to understand their investment goals, provide updates on available inventory, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Collaborating with the team to stay educated on available properties and maintaining accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and inventory listings.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

No desk fees or brokerage fees are applicable, and we provide a CRM system and brokerage-provided E&O insurance.

All Sales Agents with Canvas Forum are independent contractors, operating on a 100% commission structure with bonus opportunities.

We offer unlimited tools and training, as well as uncapped income potential.

Requirements

An active Tennessee Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one prior to starting) is required.

A full-time commitment to grow your career and assist your book of investors is necessary.

Candidate must be coachable and comfortable breaking out of their comfort zone.
