This full-time position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical and prescription drug insurance, and retirement plans.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide direct patient care to patients under the supervision of a registered professional nurse and/or physician. Responsibilities will include:
- Administering medication safely according to policy and documenting same
- Chaperoning patients as indicated
- Coordinating patient follow-up of appointments, tests, and plan as per the provider's instructions
- Documenting care and follow-up in the medical record
- Maintaining the NJ standards of nursing practice and implementing policies and procedures
- Integrating the Nursing process utilizing a multidisciplinary approach in the delivery of patient care and identifying self-care deficits
- Participating in Quality Improvement processes and identifying and implementing potential corrective actions
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- Graduated from an accredited program of Practical Nursing
- Current New Jersey LPN license
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association
- Successful completion of all Orientation Programs
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in related health care field or Public Health is preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, based on the location and requirements of the job.
