As a key member of our Supply Chain Integration team, you will specialize in one or more of the following crucial supply chain activities: Inventory Management, Supply and Demand Forecasting, Strategic Sourcing Lifecycle and Event Management, Contracting Lifecycle, Master Data Management, Procure to Pay (P2P), Clinical Supply Data Integration, and Consolidated Services Center (CSC) / Warehouse Management Integration.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and document basic Supply Chain business processes.
  • Identify appropriate technical solutions and any associated business process enhancements for the future state system.
  • Contribute to associated testing and training activities, including documentation and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4 years of progressively responsible experience working in the Supply Chain functional area or working in systems analysis.
  • 2 years of experience as an ERP system user.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a higher education, academic medical center, and/or health care setting.
  • Experience with a cloud-based ERP solution; candidates with Workday and/or SAP experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with scoping, requirements gathering/definition, documentation, testing, training, and support.

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively synthesize information from subject matter experts.
  • Ability to create highly effective business analysis and project management artifacts.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and document dependencies and impacts in a highly integrated system or within overlapping business processes.

Salary Range

Minimum $0 per hour - Maximum $0 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
