Job Opportunity

AirQuest Environmental, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support our technical teams in the efficient operation of our offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendar appointments and resolve conflicts across multiple calendars.
  • Provide exceptional client service, direct technical staff, and subcontractors, and prepare and review reports.
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of technical reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Assist in making decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of work.
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain the telecommunications system.
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and coordinate daily mail and outgoing packages.
  • Package business development materials.
  • Create and revise systems and procedures for optimum efficiency.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, and expediting orders.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable means of transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
