Lead Toddler Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Toddler Educator to join our team at Children's Land.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of educators in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for toddlers, promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of child development and be able to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively with other staff members, and maintain a clean and hygienic classroom environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Monitor children's developmental milestones and maintain detailed records of their progress.
- Facilitate daily routines, including playtime, learning activities, and rest periods.
- Ensure the safety of children by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic classroom environment.
- Collaborate with parents to keep them informed about their child's development and any concerns.
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and cooperative working environment.
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with toddlers or young children.
- Mandated Reporter certification.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Health Insurance with Children's Land covering 25% of monthly premiums for full-time employees.
- 40 hours of paid leave per 12-month period.
- 5 days of paid vacation per year after completing 1 year of employment.
- 6 annual national holidays observed and compensated.
