About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Agronomist who can hit the ground running covering a small territory. As a valued team member, you will play an instrumental role within their Agronomy department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service current growers and prospect new clientele
  • Sell chemical, fertilizer, and seed products throughout a given territory
  • Work independently and stay up-to-date with agronomic technology
  • Provide agronomic recommendations
  • Perform soil/tissue samples

Requirements

  • General computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-driven
  • 1 year of sales experience in an agronomy-related role is preferred
  • Agronomy/Agriculture degree is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

  • $55,000 - $120,000 base salary plus bonuses
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, etc.
  • Paid cell phone, laptop, iPad, and company vehicle
