Job Overview:

ADEPT Force Group Incorporated (ADEPT) is a leading provider of strategic program management, acquisition portfolio development, and system engineering expertise. We are seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst to support the ArmyIgnitED Program Management Office.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will lead and perform requirements analysis and decomposition, business process reengineering (BPR), and operational architecture development activities in collaboration with end users, stakeholders, and engineering representatives. This includes implementing DoD requirements processes, preparing recommendations for executive leader decisions, and developing requirements and business process documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's Degree or equivalent experience, a working knowledge of DoD 5000 and 8000 series, and an Active Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance. You should also possess strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication skills, as well as excellent organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills.
