Job Description

As a Retail Store Manager at Duluth Trading Company, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales and customer satisfaction in our retail stores. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales and customer satisfaction by leading a team of sales associates and implementing sales strategies and promotions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in our stores.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or merchandising preferred.
  • Experience: Five years retail experience with a minimum of three years retail management experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service skills.

Compensation: $68,310 to $82,500/Year
