Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor will be responsible for preparing and delivering instruction to students in our nursing program. This includes developing and implementing curriculum, assessing student learning outcomes, and providing guidance and support to students.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum for nursing courses
  • Deliver instruction to students in a classroom, hybrid, or online setting
  • Assess student learning outcomes and use results to improve curriculum
  • Provide guidance and support to students
  • Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Current Active Nursing License
  • Current and valid state-issued Driver License
  • Two (2) years as a Registered Nurse including one (1) full year working in a Long Term Care Facility
  • Instructors must have completed a course in teaching adults or have experience in teaching adults or supervising nurse aides
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in Nursing
