We are seeking dedicated and passionate nurses to join our Nurse Residency Program, a comprehensive 12-month program designed to support the transition from student to professional nurse.

Salary and BenefitsOur competitive salary package includes:
- An estimated annual salary of $76,500 - $90,000 based on experience

As a Staff Nurse in our Nurse Residency Program, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while developing your clinical judgment, communication skills, and leadership abilities. You will work collaboratively with our experienced nursing team to deliver compassionate care and promote positive outcomes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification
- Graduate of a nursing program (new graduates eligible)
