Job Title: Cafe Attendant

Job Summary:
Main Event Entertainment is seeking a skilled Cafe Attendant to join our team. As a Cafe Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by assisting guests with selecting a quick bite to reenergize them for their next activity. You will be an expert on our recipes, operational standards, equipment, and utensils, and will be dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold our cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcome and greet all guests, while being an ambassador of FUN
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy
• Prepare quick service food and beverages according to recipes and standards
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate guest's needs
• Process payment transactions and welcome our guests back
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties

Requirements:

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required
• Guest-focused mindset
• Teamwork is a must
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
