The Trak Group is a rapidly growing organization, experiencing 15% year-over-year growth. We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our HR strategy, scale our workforce from 400 employees to over 1,000, and help shape our culture and growth.


Job Summary

We are offering a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. As the VP of Human Resources, you will lead efforts to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports company growth and expansion.


About the Role
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy that supports company growth and expansion.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Design efficient recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent and foster long-term employee engagement.
  • Organizational Development: Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and workforce optimization to ensure the organization is prepared for future growth.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Build and maintain a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture across all locations.
  • HR Systems & Processes: Implement HR technologies and processes that scale with the business while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Develop employee relations programs and ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple sites.
  • Total Rewards & Compensation: Create competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Change Management: Lead efforts to integrate new locations and teams while managing change as the company grows.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience leading HR strategy in a high-growth, multi-site environment.
  • Skills: Expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience with HR technologies and systems implementation.
